I focused this work on reducing signup friction and making first-time use feel trustworthy.

Scope:

• Mapped the flow from landing page through account completion.
• Designed responsive layouts for desktop and mobile entry points.
• Simplified hierarchy and form clarity to reduce drop-off.
• Kept key stakeholders involved through the flow work so priorities and sign-up goals stayed aligned.

Result:

A cleaner signup flow with fewer decisions per step and better readability throughout onboarding.
